Ok day of racing. I attended the Prime Time Hare Scramble. Off the start I was in second place and quickly made a move to the lead. Shortly after I got caught up in a bottle neck and crashed. This dropped me back to fifth. Over the course of the two hour race I worked my way backup to third, where I would finish and end up 27th over all. Oh well I will get the win next time. I definatley have the speed to win the class.

Just got the D36 results for the Wild Horse. 1st in the Vet class and 9th overall. I am stoked to know I can finish in the top ten. The crash in the last special test cost me a minute, unfortunately this would have netted me a 6th overall. Lessons learned know when to back it off a little and finish strong.

I took the opportunity to take a riding class with few friends. What a good day of learning. i was able to reenforce good habits and learn new techniques. Now it's time to go practice these skills and apply them in future races. If you are in the Northern California area check out Garrahan off Road Training (GOAT).

Great day of racing in the Nevada dessert. The course was a total of 115 ground miles that got progressively harder as the day went on. I definitely gave it 100% and left nothing on the table. I will post the results as soon as they come out.

Great day of suspension testing. Nothing like a systematic prices starting front to rear to get the best out of your machine. 5hrs later, she is plush on the braking bumps, tracks well thru the corners and dose not bottom on big flat lands.

After riding the WORCS race I feel it helped increase my speed and pace. The was shown while riding at Marysville's river front track. I was able to charge for 30 minutes and not fade. Plus my confidence in jumping has grow due to hitting the large jumps that were at Taft.

Rode at Club Moto today with some friends. Worked on hitting all the jumps and then focused on corners. Did consistent 20 min moto to build my endurance. Taft should be fun.

Dual Sport Ride. This weekend we did the dual sport ride that was put on by the Ruts. It started in Jackson, CA and went to Minden, Nev and back. It primarily consisted of single track and fire roads with some pavement thrown in. The total ground miles was 310 mile. What a great way to practice for the upcoming fall enduro series. While you would cruise the roads but hall the mail on the trails and some of the back fire roads as if they were special tests. I also got to meet knew people while riding, some of them famous for their motorcycle products. I would also like to thank my sponsots Garne and AGV for making quality protective gear that is also comfortable.

SRT fun race. I travelled down to the mountains out side of Fresno and met up with the owner and riders of SRT. What a good group of people. SRT laid out a 7mile course that consisted of local trails. We were then broken up into our respective classes and prepared for a three lap special test. We started 1 minute apart and charged it. Man the course was technical, I ended getting second in the recorded times. This included multiple wrecks and of course adventures, but I charged hard. In the second race we ran the course backwards. I decided to slow down a little, thinking smoother is faster. I think I slowed a little to much, I ended up third overall this time. Overall great day with SRT.

It was a nice day of riding at argyll. I focused on picking good lines and staying in the zone while ridding. I also had the opportunity to work on my corners. There is nothing like railing through a corner after working on it for a half hour. Plus I got a chance to socialize with some people at the track talking about motocross.

Good day of riding at Club Moto. It has been awhile sine I visited Club Moto. The managers have made some good improvements to the track. I got a chance to ride with some friends that definitely have some skills. They helped to push me physically into a high heart rate zone as well as my mental toughness. It gave me a chance to evaluate my fitness and see where I am at for the upcoming season.

What a good time in Arizona. It took us 12.5 hrs to drive their. Once we got their I got to meet some of the locals and get a feel for the place. It was nice to meet some other riders out side of California and share riding stories. During the race I ended up on a minute with a AA rider. Talk about a battle, went at it all day thru 7 special test ocassionally catching up with the rider on the minute in front of us. This was also the rockiest race I have done to date. The race deffinatley took my skills to the next level. I was glad to represent my Sponsors, AMA District 36 and myself well.

Good day of racing for the last two days. After signing up I got to meet some more people from southern Caifornia and see some old freinds from up here in northern California. Bike ran strong for the two days of racing totaling 160 miles. Pays to do maintience and run quality parts. I was able to use my AGV helmet as well, nice to be wearing a quality helmet for two days. Thats is when you notice how nice things are after wearing it for two 6 hr days. I ran a strong race as well not gettting caught up in the drama of the results of the first day and focused on my self riding fast and smooth with minimal mistakes.

Interesting day of riding. Started in a group of sixteen riders that i had never met before except for the person that invited me. Day started good, but got complex with 16 riders trying to hit the trails. In the end we split into two groups and were able to cover 90 miles of trails and some roads. At the end we had a barebque. We also gat a chance to do and alot of bench racing talking about riding areas, products being used and different bikes people are riding. This lead to a good day of riding and meeting more riders.
