Personal History
My name is Kyle Bisconer and I am the founder of Mymotocoach.com along with my business partner Alex Harvill we created this program based on a need we saw to not only coach kids to ride but the parent as well. Every year parents will spend 6000 hours a year with there kids vs educators and influences may only get just a few hours. This tells us that the biggest impact in a child's life is the parents. We have committed on a road to partner with parents to leverage are riding knowledge to help their kids succeed.
Riding Goals
We created a product called The Moto Transformation Its a 36 page hardcover workbook and 12 month video series to help young riders master the fundamentals of riding. Along with partnering with parents its designed to be an up sale product for every dealership when new bikes are sold. We project to be in 20 dealerships by the end of the year. Then on to 10,000 units sold.

In 2007 I set one huge goal: to make a full-time living doing what I love, riding dirt bikes. However, I knew I couldn't do it on my own so I hired a coach. One year later I became the recreation director at one of the largest dirt bike coaching schools in the country, helping over 10,000 kids achieve their moto goals. I also started a FMX company that allowed me to travel to venues and locations across the country performing stunt shows, inspiring others to chase their moto dreams, all while making a full-time living.
The biggest setback in my life happened in 2012. I signed a pro tour contract to perform in Southeast Asia for one year, and after 9 months of waiting with roadblock after roadblock, it was canceled. Long story short, I was left with no money or dirt bikes and I couldn't afford to ride. I decided to give up on riding, and give up my dream. I was struck with fear of failure and completely forgot everything my coach had taught me.
Coming back to the present, 2018, I am so excited to be living my dream again! You see, after my failure, I hired more coaches for every area of my life to get me back on track; it worked! I started this program, and now spend my time coaching students how to ride dirt bikes and how to achieve there moto dreams.
I am now on a mission to help 1 million people get the coaching that my mentors gave me, unleashing their potential and connecting them to their life purpose.
On a more personal side, I live in Yakima, Washington and have a beautiful wife of 8 years and baby girl, who I am already training to be my riding buddy and partner in moto crime. I strive to push the limits in everything I do, every day, to continue to live the moto dream.
