Personal History
Hi my name is Kolten Schell and I live in Arizona with younger sister, mom, dad, 3 turtles, 2 dogs, and 1 fish. I have been riding something with a motor since I was 1 year old. My love of riding and dirt bikes comes from my dad who used to race. He has passed on his love and passion to me. I love to ride in our RZR in the desert and ride my bike around the house.
Riding Goals
I want to ride to race. I love racing and am very competitive. I want to follow in my dad's footsteps and get as many trophies as he has. I love meeting new kids at every race and playing with them in the dirt with our toy dirt bikes. I want to get better and learn something new every time I go to the track. I strive to be like Ryan Dungey.
Competitive Highlights
I started riding a Yamaha 50 dirtbike in February of 2017. By March of 2017 I had my dad convinced that I needed a bigger bike to race. So we went to the dirtbike store and purchase a 2017 KTM 50SX. I have been riding it since March of 2017. I was getting ready to race the Monsoon Summer Series when I suffered a crash and broke my elbow. I had to sit out for 8 weeks. So my first race ever was in September of 2017. I got first place out of 6 kids and couldn't have been more happier. My dad was so proud of me.
