Personal History
I got my first dirt bike in the fall of 2015. I rode around in the yard and at a private track my dad used to ride at in town. June 2016 at 6 years old I was ready and itching to start racing. Motocross is a great sport that I am grateful to be a part of. I look up to riders like Chad Reed, James Stewart, Ryan Dungey & Hayden “Danger Boy” Deegan. However my favorite rider is Justin Barcia. He is semi local to my hometown and I had the chance to meet him at the MXGP and visit JGRMX, his race shop. I got to see his bikes, met his mechanics and learn what moto race life would be like. It was an awesome opportunity. When I am not at school or on my bike you can catch me cruising YouTube watching any video that has anything to do with moto. I enjoy watching the legends like Ricky Carmichael, Travis Pastrana, James Stewart and newer guys like Barcia, Villopoto and Roczen tear it up.
My Dad & Mom are the best; they work hard to make sure I have every thing I need for my bikes and to keep me safe. They have invested everything they can for me including a toy hauler so that we can start traveling to the big races.
My Dad is a typical Moto-Dad that pushes me to work hard & dig deeper. He has taught me that winning is something earned not given. If I want to be the best I have to put in the hard work, build my endurance, never give up, ride smart, pick good lines, blitz the whoops, rail them turns and always get that holeshot! Thanks to my Risk Racing Gate I’ve earned the nickname “The Holeshot Kid”. When I ride with faster riders I look at this as opportunity to learn and push myself.
My Mom fully supports my dream of being an MX champion. She is my prayer warrior, designated goggle cleaner, homework keeper, and my biggest fan. Her and my little brother are at every race to cheer me on.
I have enjoyed learning, growing in the sport and building so many awesome friendships. My local Moto-family are a bunch of great kids. We race hard together, bar to bar then come back to the trailers and play. We push each other to become better. My family & I love traveling around track-to-track and meeting new friends. Motocross is a time we can be together as a family and something we all really enjoy. I am looking forward to the future opportunities the world of motocross has for me!
