Personal History

My name is Kody Monroe, I have been riding my whole life. As a kid I really wasn't the best at racing. I was a midpack to back of the pack beginner. It wasn't until I got my 250f when I was about 15 that I actually started to get faster. I raced a few seasons of local motocross races bumping my way up from beginner to novice. Then I pretty much quit racing motocross all together and riding even for a few years. Once I started back up I stuck to the desert, which is what I grew up riding. When I chose to get into desert racing I decided to jump into the intermediate class to give myself a challenge. At first I was getting my but kicked but now I am a front runner in that class.

Riding Goals

My main goals for riding are to be able to ride my whole life. I know I'm a little to old to become pro and a little to slow but my main goal is to get into the expert(A) class. Also I just like to ride for fun as long as I'm riding and having fun and being safe and smart, I'm a happy guy.

Competitive Highlights

I used to race the W.o.r.c.s. series when I was slow then the amx series as I got faster. Last year was my first year competing in a whole season in over 8 years and it felt great to progress. I now wish to follow the Amra desert racing series in hopes of becoming faster. I like anyone else want to win but I know that I can't always win and that's not what riding is about for me. Its the fun and the environment.
