Personal History
Hello i’m kenny i’ve been riding since i was 4 but took a long break off and started riding again when i was 16 and started racing shortly there after. i wasn’t able to do this full time like other kids do as my mum wouldn’t let me drop out of school but i didn’t let that stop me from progressing whenever i could and in a short period of time i quickly became recognized around my local riding scene for how fast i progressed and how mature i was for my age. in my first race i got second place, i would have won but i made the mistake of letting a rider past me that thought was in a different class (little dean wilson moment). shortly there after in my first championship series i got 5th place overall. my parents aren’t rich and neither am i so doing this can be a struggle at times but it’s all i want to do for my life’s work. i’m also a huge football fan and professional wrestling fan.
Riding Goals
I ride cause it’s an escape, and not the lame excuse people use the word “escape” for in that term but an actual form of release. i pay attention to everything all the time as i do not like to be caught off guard and for some reason riding almost makes it seem dull and quiet like my mind can actually take a break from being so alert. i truly believe that i’m one of the most talented people to ever ride/race a dirtbike but i’m doing this on my own with no prior knowledge from a family member as i’m the first to do this sport in my family, so opportunities that probably would be there, aren’t. there’s a lot of things that i wanted to be the first to do in this sport but it seems to be i’m not the only one that wanted to do those things (i’ll let you wonder, it’s more interesting that way) But i’m still going to be the best. I want to be the benchmark of what a professional motocross racer is supposed to be from all aspects of the game and id like to build and bring along as many relationships as i can.
Competitive Highlights
First race - p.2
a few other races i did after that were all podium finishes.
2022 Texas state championship d20 - P.5 overall in championship
2022 Texas state championship final- P.9 out of 40
life has gotten in the way in a major way since 2022 and i had to become an adult lol but i’m working my way back around. i’ve done 2 races this year in 2024 (it has been a really bad year for me personally) but i’m in the position to do more. I’m currently in a racing series where i aim to get my feet back under me so next year i can go race the texas winter series and more.
