Personal History
Hi, thanks for checking out my page. I am a career fire fighter/paramedic, part time motorcycle racer! When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family and racing my motorcycle! I have been competing on two wheels for over thirty years and am still having a blast doing it. Prior to becoming a fire fighter 8 years ago I owned a high end bicycle shop here in Colorado for 10 years which supported a 50 person cycling team. Having been a racer for so many years and managing a national level cycling team has given me a much better understanding to what sponsors are looking for. I am a huge believer in promoting the people and companies that believe in helping me!
Riding Goals
My primary goal for 2012 is to maintain my AA status within the RMEC. The RMEC only allows 10 AA riders per year as they represent the top 10 overall riders within the A/AA Division from the prior year. I would also like to compete in as many races within the National Enduro Series and the WeBe Racing Hare Scramble series when financially feasible.
Competitive Highlights
I am a three time RMEC Series class champion and current RMEC #16A AA rider(6th overall for the year). I have been a competitive athlete my entire life and have won many races and championships on both motorcycles and as a bicycle racer. As a motorcycle racer I would consider my biggest highlight being my entire 2011 season. Throughout the season I overcame adversary by constantly competing injured to achieve my goal of finally making the AA class. I finished the season off by placing 3rd Overall at the Two Rivers Enduro in horrific conditions consisting of mud, snow and ice.
