Personal History
Hi, my name is Kayden Hjorteland. I'm 15 years old and live in Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada. I started riding as young as 5 and racing at the age of 12. My parents play a huge part of my life, supporting me through every race and driving me all across the country just for me to accomplish my goals in life.
Riding Goals
I ride because its something I enjoy doing, riding is something I want to do my whole life because it makes me feel alive and free. This upcoming season I wish to achieve big whips, hard scrubs and get top 5 in mx2 junior. In the future I hope to eventually win A class.
Competitive Highlights
2013 was full of action. I achieved 2nd place in B class, 1st in supermini class, 3rd in 125cc class and managed to get 7 holeshots. At the Western Canadian Amateur Nationals I had extremely bad luck. In supermini class my bike blew up, in 125cc class I was running at the top of the pack but unfortunately I crashed a couple of times leaving me in overall 10 place.
