Personal History
My name is Kaiden Yazzie. I am 8 years old, my birthday is on November 26. I am a Native American (Navajo) from Gallup New Mexico. I take pride in my culture, learning and speaking my language. Im in 1st grade at Indian Hills Elementary. During the summer I like to play baseball for the summer league.
We don't have much of a nice track here in town. I do alot of free riding and practices with my dad.
I like riding and what to be fast rider. This is my fun time and enjoy dirt bikes.
Also enjoy school and trying to keep up my grade so I can keep riding.. My parents said if I don't have good grades, we are not racing..
Riding Goals
My goals are to have fun with the sport and keep pushing.
I understand that it's alot for my parents and they do what they can to make my races. I try to practice every week without our neighbors complaining.
I want to let my tribe see what I am capable of doing in this sport. I like to represent myself for my Nation and to show kids in the area that anything is possible.
Competitive Highlights
Last year was a beginner for my classes and knew where I needed to be. Knowing I needed to practice more and get used to my bike. Being 7 years of age and entering into a class with older kids, I was scared but was up for a new challenge.
Getting compliments from other Riders and Parents, I knew i was getting better.
Baseball has been keeping me in good fitness.
I want to be on the box and hungry to get a trophy. Im going to try my best and have fun with my dirt bike.
