Dirt in my mouth, engine screaming, throttle pinned and the rest is a blur!!!

Yes - my passion is riding.

As long as I can remember, riding has been the best part of my life, whether on a quad, a dirt bike or a snow machine.

It all started on my 4th birthday ... my first ride – a brand new Bombardier DS 90 quad.

That summer I never got off it. The following year I entered a local race and came in first place. That day, I knew that racing was in my blood. On my 11th birthday I got a TTR 125. It took two long years to convince my parents, but I eventually upgraded to a YZ250F racing bike.

The adrenaline rush hasn’t stopped since.

And now, each time I’m on the track, I still feel like that five year old boy …

Off the Track ...

During race season, when I'm not riding, I'm doing maintenance on my bike or practicing at the Valley East Motocross Park (VEMP) and local tracks.

During this past off season, I trained hard with my personal trainer Rick "Killer" Kilgannon. I know that going into my 1st year Junior class will be tougher on me physically and I feel ready to take on the challenge. Like the saying goes "I love motocross, not because it's easy ... but because it's hard." I'm not afraid to commit 100% to motocross and I hope my results will back me up.

One other thing I love to do is study different motocross tracks on my race circuit by watching some of the races over and over again until I feel like I rode the track a thousand times.

Oh ! I also love to fish, hunt and ski and ride my snowmachine.

Riding Goals

Wow! what a season! In  2012 I might have started in the beginner class, but I was only getting revved up. Each race meant everything to me and I gave my 100% combined with my passion - dedication and love for motocross. I was able to maintain a steady podium finish throughout the season and holeshots too many to keep track! I have put together a video on YouTube "Justin 167 - 2012 Motocross Video Season Wrap Up"

My first year in motocross was incredible - 4 Championships and  being #1 in Canada for Kawasaki's Team Green Rider of the Year was awesome.

I won a 2013 KX250F and $3,000.

I'm pumped ...

I was lucky to have found a personal mentor and MX trainer -Serge Solomon, as well as a personal body trainer "Killer Kilgannon".

My sponsors are committed and dedicated to my success!  Thank you for you continued support and encouragement.

I truly have an awesome team to back me up.

I'm Pumped!!!
