Personal History
My name is Justin May, but most people call me Jay May. I am seventeen years old and about to start my senior year in high school. I live in a small town in Northern California. I play varsity football at my high school as a linebacker. I have been riding for about nine years and have been told multiple times that I am a natural. Unfortunately the expenses of the industry have held me back. My dream is to make a name for myself in the Motocross Industry. I believe I have the talent and I know I have the will power, I just need a team and some support. Im fully dedicated to everything I do. I am constantly working out and training to be the best athlete I can be. I was part of the MotoSk8plus Skate and Race team until the buisness went under. I can ride any terrain with great style and speed. You name it, I'll ride it. If my career in the Motocross industry doesnt work out, I have started to training to be an wildland firefighter.
Riding Goals
In these next several years I plan to race as much as possible to try and make a name for myself and get this career off the ground. I hope to get sponsored by a team and recieve some support to make my dream possible. As of right now my team is my father and myself. Now im looking to make that team a little bigger.
Competitive Highlights
As I earlier mentioned, I havent raced before except for with my friends, (all of who I've beaten). I did a junior endurance trial in 2007 and earned 4th place on my YZ 80. I plan to race every and any event that comes my way. Whether its Nationals, Supercross, Enduros, or Hill Climbs, I am committed to success.
