Personal History
I am 37 years old. Grew up in Grande Prairie in northwestern Alberta. I am a member of the Metis nation of Alberta and hold that part of my family heritage close. I started riding motorcycles when I was 4 years old. Grew up riding the family's Yamaha Yzinger 50cc dirt bike. Then I got a 100cc Yamaha for my 12th birthday and we discovered an area south of town called "the Dunes". We would get dropped off there. Me and my friends. Stash our lunches in the bush and explore riding everywhere we could. From then I got a Honda CRF230. Then after that I diddnt get an offroad bike until my new then 2004 Suzuki DRZ400. Which I toured all around western North America on for 5 years. After that the Suzuki was converted to all dirt. And I still own it and ill be using it for Ice racing this season. I now have a 2022 Husqvarna TE250i for harescrambles and single track. And a 2007 Honda CRF450X being set up for Baja racing.
Riding Goals
Cross country and harescrambles are my favourite type of riding. Podiums are my goal this year. Also entering the 2023 San Felipe 250 at the beginning of April. In the Ironman category. My goal is to finish that race. Also will be entering into Ice racing this winter for the first time.
Competitive Highlights
4th place at my local cross country race. 2 laps around a 41 km long loop. 82 kms of tight single track racing.
