Personal History
My name is Juan Wonders, I'm 26 years old and I ride a #20 2004 Yamaha YZ250F. Ive been racing for a little over 2 years now, but I've been riding dirt bikes on and off my whole. Unfortinatly my family wasnt able to afford a bike when I was young so needless to say I'm a little late into the game, but I don't plan on going anywhere any time soon. Moto is seriously more then just a "hobby for me, it a lifestyle! Quite frankly an amazing one at that. I've met so many great friends and familes from just being at tracks! I look forward to the many years of motoing to come!
Riding Goals
My riding goals are basically just to keep progressing with a new goal every year. For 2013 my goals are definitely to get to some more races under me, I wanna get top 5 in AMA District 17 and I'd like to lock up the Joliet MX Arsenal Seris Championship! I wanna shoot for the Loretta Lynn's Area Qualifier with the expectation of just having fun and seeing where I stand! 250 C is a young and stacked class. Most importantly I just wanna get on the bike as much as possible, stay healthy, and have fun!
Competitive Highlights
Being basically new to racing I don't have many major "highlights" but I would have to say:
BAD BOYS OF ARENACROSS CHICAGO 2012: 5th
JOLIET MX ARSENAL SERIES 2011: 3rd Place Championship
JOLIET MX ARSENAL SERIES 2012: 4th Place Championship
Im expecting many more Highlights in 2013!
