Personal History

Hello,

My name is Josua Kisch, I am 6 years old and racing in the AMA 5 class this year. I have only been racing for 1 year (as of july 2010) but I have  found that this is my future. My dad is working on getting me my own track to ride on and he also plans to build me a foam pit so I can practice my tricks. (I will do an episode of Nitro-Circus before I am 10).

MotoCross racing is the greatest thing I have ever done, I want to race every minute of the day but I have to go to school and do some other things. My dad thinks it would be good for me to learn how to throw a ball and catch. I wish he would just do that stuff with the dogs, but oh-well, I guess I can humor him a little. Afterall, he buys the bikes.

I want to be a great rider, and I know that to be a great rider you have to ride safe and make the sport fun. Always congratulate the other riders and always ride smart. Injuries at a young age could end my future riding for sure.

I want to meet all of the pro-riders and free style riders and get thier input on what i should do to be like them. I am only 6 but in a sport where going fast comes at an early age I don't have time to wait. I need some advice and professional trainers to help me out. My dad does okay but he wears too many hats in our garage and when you want to be the best you have to start out on the right foot.

Riding Goals

My goals for 2010 are to be as competitive as possible. I am AMA 5 so there are many kids who will be a year older than me in my class. I want to win but more importantly I want to stay healthy so next year when I am the older kid in my class I can be at the top.

As for 2010 I plan to increase my training to two days a week, and ride as many ARMCA Dist 23 races as time and money will allow. we don't have any sponsors and my Mom is sick alot so we can't always make every race. But when I am at a race you can watch for #325 as I will be riding my heart out.

My plans for 2011 include many of the title for local title for my class: I would like to be the #1 rider at Kellgg, Millville, Mora and such. I don't like the small Micro tracks but that is what many of our tracks here offer.

My big gopals are to do Pknca and Lorrettas, I expect to make it through the qualifiers and I hope to do well at the regionals. I'll be 7 in January so I will be bigger and stroinger and with any luck I'll be riding a faster bike. (Here that Cobra, i need a faster bike.)

Competitive Highlights

I have been at the top of the pack in many of my races. I have finished 1st in three races this year (one AMA).

I have learned to jump, and I am working on cornering.
