Personal History

I have a family of 5 which includes me, my 2 sisters, my brother, my mother, and my brother. We live on a farm in Stover Mo with around 145 acres and most of it being fields. I wanted a dirt bike for a long time and finally got one for Christmas, it was a 2007 Honda crf 150r. Same as me my brother and father both got one. For my first year i didn't think much about racing i just got to learn on my bike and it went smoothly but i told my dad that at the beging of the next year i want to start racing and so he planned everything out and that following year me and my father started racing at a track in Springfield, Mo called Possum Hollow MX. I went to a lot of practices every chance i got and the first race i ended up getting third and got better from there out ending up winning two championships but didn't do any other tracks except one in Kingsville, Mo called Challenge Trax. The track was completly different, it was a track filled with jumps and it was about half the length of Possum Hollow so it was a challenge. The next year that was the main track we focused on and i currently now am points leader for both my classes and only have two races left. I was also able to do a couple state races this year including the state race so that was a new exepeirence that i will be doing more of in the future.

Riding Goals

My main goal in riding has always been to learn more and get better and it seems like almost every time i get on my bike i am learning something or getting better at it. I want to be able to get better and better and be the best that i can possibly be at what i do and want to go from this being my hobby to making it a career in the future. I hope that in the next year i am able to go from a 150cc to a 250cc as smoothly as i did the first time i rode and get much better at it along the way.

Competitive Highlights

I have had a lot of challenge along the way from people i have rode against to people i have rode with and also just myself and the way i have rode the bike. I would say the biggest competitor that i had my first year was someone name Nathan, he was someone i was always fighting for first or second with and was very skilled in riding. He became a friend and was always a challenge to race which was good for me. The main thing that has been challenging for me this year of riding has been being able to ride my best whether it is hot, cold, sunny, or if there is some rain out, trying to adjust to how it makes the track is always  a big thing i half to work on but i am getting better.
