Personal History
My name is Josh Bettinger. I LOVE motocross! I work in port newark as a longshoreman. I have been a union memeber of local 1 since 2005.
Riding Goals
I have always loved bmx and skiing. I still ski but no longer ride bmx. I started riding dirt bikes in 2000 i bought a honda cr125. My friends and i would trail ride, ride sand pits and occasionally motocross tracks.i rode for fun sometimes but about two years ago i got into motocross serious. I am bigger guy so i bought a yamaha 450 and loved the bigger bike. I started going to track every weekend and practicing. This past 2012 season i entered couple races and loved it. I had couple decent results for a beginner at racing. My plan for 2013 season is to race the whole district and produce good results. This of season i am going to go to Jimmy Weinerts training facility to train for couple weeks!
Competitive Highlights
I dont have to many competitive highlights to share because i just got into the racing scene. I would have to say my best highlight would have to be my first race ever in open novice class i got a 6th places and i was so happy. I will definitely have highlights to share once 2013 motocross season begins!
