Personal History
I have been riding since eI was 12 and started racing at 16 because I had to get a job to finance all the costs of racing including my first bike because my parents live paycheck to paycheck and were not able to help me out with the cost to race motocross. I really came to appreciate One Ind. when I followed fellow Colorado racers on Driven to Ride I really liked how helpful One was to some smaller name Privateers. I am currently a college student as well as waiter in order to financially support my passion for motocross.
Riding Goals
My goals for the 2013 season would be to begin winning races in the novice class at local SRAC and RMXA races. I have been working really hard in order to achieve this goal. A long term goal I have for this season is to finish in the top 5 for series points in both the SRAC and RMXA novice classes at the end of the season. I believe if I work hard enough anything is possible so I know if I put my head down I can accomplish these goals. Overall I just want to be able to improve as a rider which in turn will improve my results.
Competitive Highlights
Some of the highlights from my brief racing career would be in my first season racing as a beginner I finished 5th in points for the season end results. The next accomplishment was last season when I was able to finish 10th in points for the year end results in 250 Novice out of 100 riders total. I was very proud with my success and it gave me a desire to want to do better.
