Personal History

I was introduced to the sport by my parents who were avid motocross racers. I began riding when I was 3 and have always had a bike since. After giving it a go in the ProAm scene I decided to joined the Air Force where would I fulfill the next 8 years as a SERE Instructor, HVAC Craftsman and finally a support element for the 21st SOW. There has been a lot of time away from home during the past 8 years and what better way to get back into the sport than with family.

Riding Goals

Riding motocross is like nothing else I’ve experienced and I have yet to replicate the feeling doing anything else. It’s also one of the greatest ways to learn the benefits of hard work. My son and I are able to experience the freedom of riding yet learn that what you put in is what you get out and I believe those are crucial values in order to be successful. We have plans to start back racing this Father’s Day weekend and hop into a local series to get our feet wet. The goal is to get my son comfortable racing and for myself to qualify for 30+ at Loretta’s in 2024.

Competitive Highlights

Although I haven’t raced in nearly a decade and did not annotate any results from the past, I can recall some of the high profile events in my past. They include the Texas Winter Series, Ponca City, Branson MX National, and multiple Loretta Lynn are/regional qualifiers in 250A/450A.
