Personal History
After almost 15 years off the bike, career growth and three kids moto has returned to my life. In late 2023, a good friend (Pete Smith) twisted my arm to travel to Colorado and ride a fundraising event - the Colorado 600. It was amazing. How had I stayed away so long?!
A few months later I entered an FTR Hare Scramble in the Vet B class on a borrowed '08 YZ 250 (thanks Nigel Love and MGL Engineering) and won. Racing is addicting. Winning even more so.
I've won four out of the five races I've competed in. As of today, I've been promoted to A class. My plan is to continue competing the the FTR races and expand my program to include a local MX series and take a shot a Loretta's. I'd love the opportunity to evangelize companies and products that make riding fun, safe, and accessible. Our sport is so much fun and I want to help other maximize their experience and results.
