Personal History

I grew up with a love for all things powersports, most specifically riding quads. I owned three quads over the years, but always had a love for Supercross. I began eyeing dirtbikes after I got out of the Marine Corps, but wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. My cousin, who has been racing most of his life, bought a new 2020 KX250, so after I rode it one time I decided that's what I wanted. I've been putting mad hours in at tracks when they're open, which isn't super often since I'm in Indiana, but I'm even a little surprised at how much I've progressed without formal training.

Riding Goals

I'd really like to perfect my riding skills. Riding or driving anything with an engine and wheels has always come naturally to me for some reason, so learning the basics on a dirtbike hasn't been too difficult. Open practices are the only things I've participated in so far, because I don't feel ready to compete yet, but hopefully this season that will change. Even though I'm technically new to dirtbikes, I'd rather be as prepared as possible for a race to at least get Top 5 than to come in last due to trying to compete before I feel comfortable.
