Personal History

I am now 14 and a student at Faith Christian Academy in Marble Falls, Texas, I have been riding motocross and cross country since I was 4 years old as a sport. Over the last three years I have been training to become a professional motocross racer. Last year I was 4th in the State of Texas (STORM) and this year am marked to be #1 (TORCS). I have been in intensive training to improve my skills as a racer. I have been working with Jim Gibson of Jim Gibson Moto Cross Training in Southern California and will continue to train with Jim between series races.

I have been training six days per week before and after school and focus on mental, physical and spiritual growth. My dad says that my dedication to this sport is becoming comparable to that of an Olympic athlete in training and said I should be commended for my commitment.

Where I believe I have a good advantage is that I am a very good speaker. I have taken speech training and feel very good about speaking in front of large crowds. I practice my podium speeches every morning in front of a video camera while I am running my daily 10K on the treadmill, when I finish my run, my dad and I review it to see where I need improving and make changes so at the track there are no mistakes. My dad tells me that the way to be a winner is not to just cross the finish line, but to take care of the people that take care of you, and I will take care of you as a sponsor.

Outside of racing I am a pretty normal 14 year old. I like to do all the fun outdoor stuff like fishing, camping, 4- wheeling, and just hanging out with friends.
