Personal History
Started racing 6 years ago when I picked up my first quad, a Yamaha Raptor 350. My love for the sport grew and so did I, so that's when I made the jump from the 350 up to a 450. I've been on a Honda TRX450R since then, and I'm never looking back.
During the off season, my plan is to work on getting stronger and faster for the 2018 season. I will get out and ride as soon as the tracks open to work on my skills. My strongest skill is definitely my gate drops. I'm very quick off the line, usually taking the lead to start. I'm also good in the jump sections, and rollers. I plan on going bigger then I ever have and working my hardest to provide the results wanted by me and my sponsors.
I am currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin Stout to pursue a career in Mechanical Engineering. I have a passion for working on machines. I'm always pulling stuff apart and putting it back together. Most of my time is spent out in the shop, always checking things out and making sure everything is good to go.
I also enjoy spending time with my family and just hanging out. One of my favorite summer time hobbies is spending time out on the lake, and in the winter I love snowboarding and ice riding.
Riding Goals
This year, I plan on racing in more events than I ever have in the past. In the past years I have stuck to racing the Dirtgrinder Series at Gravity Park USA, but this past year I also raced in the Heartland ATVMX Championship Series, along with the Eagle River ATV/UTV World Championship race. This coming year, I plan on attending a couple Mountain Dew ATVMX National Series races to further my racing career. I aspire to be the best racer I can, on and off the track.
Competitive Highlights
2015: 6th in the 14+ Quad Unlimited.
2016: I practiced much harder and made it to every race I could and ended up with a 1st place overall in the 14+ Quad Unlimited in my local series.
I also took 2nd place in Quad B at the Stadiumcross event.
2017: I put in countless hours of training into this season, unfortunately I wasn't able to bring home the championship like I hoped, I brought home a 3rd overall in 14+ Quad Unlimited, a 5th overall in Quad B, and I took 2nd in Quad A at the stadiumcross event.
I also raced in the Heartland ATVMX Championship series in the Production C class, taking home a 5th at that race.
Also, I raced at the Eagle River ATV/UTV World Championship race in the Production C class, also bringing home a 5th from that race.
