Personal History
Hello, my name is Josh Curry. I started racing as kid, what feels like a long time ago. I had some injuries and developed other hobbies at around sixteen years old, ending my moto journey at the time. I purchased a bike in 2020 after having some past riding partners get back in to the sport, and immediately fell back in love. This year I decided to get back on the starting gate and race a local points series. After five rounds, of which I was only able to compete in four, I am third in points in C class out of 40+, and fourth in Unlimited C/D out of 40+. I have won a moto, and placed on the podium in three others. I spend time at multiple practice tracks in the surrounding states of OH (where I am from) and Kentucky on all weekends that I’m not racing. I am a sales representative in my day job, and therefore enjoy engaging with people. You could say I’ve never met a stranger. I would love to help represent some great companies during my time on and off the bike. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me!
Riding Goals
My current goals in the sport are as follows:
- Place in the top three of my current local points series (Mason Motocross) in both classes.
- Better prepare myself this season for a more regional series next season (Buckeye MX Series, OH).
- Develop into a consistent B level rider.
- Enjoy time with my friends and family at the track any chance I get.
