Personal History

I started riding dirt bikes when I was 4 years old on a pw50. I began racing motocross at the age of 8. I gradually worked my way up to a yz250 in the 250 and open novice classes. In 2014 I had a pretty good year, which can be seen below. I will be racing 250 AM and schoolboy in 2015.

Riding Goals

For 2015 I am racing 250 Amateur and Schoolboy. I want to be a consistent top five guy and gradually make my way to the top. I got much faster at the end of the year in 2014 and wish to continue and improve on that speed. Each time I get on the bike I know and want to improve. Even off the bike I am working on strength and endurance. I do this by attending CrossFit and doing weightlifting at home. I try my hardest when on the race track and never give up. I know the competition this year will be tough but I know i can keep right up there with all the top guys. I look to start racing out of state once I become a top racer in my district.
I race motocross because the feeling you get when you are able to put together solid laps and do everything perfect, its a feeling like no other.

Competitive Highlights

For the 2013 and 2014 seasons I raced 250 Novice and Open novice in WNYRacing, a district located in Western New York. I began racing novice in 2012, but I started to get good in 2013, with a best finish of first overall. On average I attend 20 events each year. For 2014 I finished on the podium 20 out of the 40 races I attended. With best finish of first. Each season is broken up in to four series, spring, summer, fall and overall. Points are accumulated each series then added up for the over all points. Below you will see my 2013 series standings.

Spring: 2nd Open Novice, 3rd 250 Novice

Summer: 2nd Open Novice, 2nd 250 Novice

Fall: I wasn't able to complete the fall series due to a broken collar bone at the CAN/AM at Area 51 motocross

Overall: 3rd Open Novice, 5th 250 Novice

2014:

Spring: 2nd Open Novice, 2nd 250 Novice

Summer: 2nd Open Novice, 1st 250 Novice

Fall: 4th Open Novice, 3rd 250 Novice, Fall series was rough due to a few DNF's and scoring no points

Overall: 2nd Open Noice, 2nd 250 Novice

I was ranked as one of the top Novice racers for 2014. For 2014 I was nominated for Novice rider of the year along with the Robbie Beck award. This award goes to the rider who demonstrated speed, style and smoothness while on the motocross track. For 2015 I am making the jump to amateur and hoping for even greater success in the faster class.

Results from past years and present can be seen at WNYRacing.com under the results tab

I was the winner of the Robbie Beck memorial award. I received the award at the 2014 WNYRacing banquet. It was a huge honor receiving the award because I was the only novice rider nominated and the other two racers were top B riders. Can't wait to see what 2015 brings.
