Personal History
My name is Joey Arico. I'm 8 years old and i'm in 3rd grade. I live in Long Island NY with my Mom, Dad, brother and 2 sisters. My parents bought me a PW50 for my 2nd birthday and I rode it almost everyday. Right after my 4th birthday I tried my first race and I was hooked. I've been riding and racing ever since. This year I have 3 2014 King Sr's and a 2014 Cobra 65. I will race in the 7-8 stock class, 7-8 mod class, 50 open and the 7-9 65cc class. I spend most of my time at tracks but when i'm not I like to go camping, ride my bike, and go to the beach. Racing dirtbikes is my favorite thing to do!!
Riding Goals
I have been practicing down south all winter and will continue to do that until the tracks are all open up North. This year i'm going to try to qualify for Loretta Lynn's. I will also follow the MSC, AMA D34 and AMA Major event race schedule. This year will also be spent training.
Competitive Highlights
Taking home the championship in the oil injected class as well as 2nd place in the 4-6 stock class was awesome! I hope to continue getting podium finishes this year and i'm hoping all my hard work this winter will make that possible.
