Personal History

My names Jordan Gledhill, I love riding, snowboarding and drawing and really anything outdoors. I live with my dad in rural Manitoba, where we have made a little turning test and tune track.

My dad's my main support when racing and sacrifices a lot to get me where i need to be and to do what I love to do. He is my financial backing, my support, my trainer and my dad. This past year I've been in a relationship with a someone who is also a huge part of my emotion and physical support. she is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and trains me for more focus and balance. She helps me train on the best and worst days. My mom and Step-dad also are a part of my support when it comes to my ideas in training, sponsorships and my emotional support.

This past year has had many trails and tribulations.  Some ups but many downs.  Racing has been apart of my life since I was 7 and there is no going back it is in my blood. Between breakdowns and financial set backs, I am one to look to the brighter side rather then let it get me down.

Riding Goals

My dream is the same as everyone else's, to become  #1!  I have set many goals for these up coming years...

1.   To become stronger mentally and physically on the bike.

2.    Is to train smart.  Physically, Mentally and challenge myself.

3.    Have fun.  It is what I love to do and show why it is such a great sport to be involved in.

How will i achieve my goals? By making a plan, eating right, training right and being consistent. With this I would like to have better positioning on the bike, examples: elbows always up, leg straight out in conners, not dropping my leg, weighting the outside peg, not dropping my inside elbow and shoulder, and looking ahead!

Competitive Highlights

I've been racing for 9 years now going on to 10. During my mini years in 50's I wasn't the greatest, placing along 5th to 9th place but that is not thinking like an 8 yr old lol, was the best no matter what I place, that's what mom told me anyways :). It wasn't till i was on 65's where i started getting better and training harder. In 65 i was along the top 3 riders, earning 1st, 2nd, and 3rd on my race days consistently which then the announcers gave me the name "The Intimidator". During my 85s i was placing top 3.

I have competed in Western Alberta Nationals. In 65cc i placed 6th and in the 85cc in which we had lots of issues and bad luck still placed 8th and super mini's i placed 10th but it was the experience that made it surreal.

I have also raced in Millville which in 85cc i placed 10th overall in amateur day.  With all these experiences it gives me the motivation to do better and want more.
