Personal History

My name is Jordan Moyle, i'm 17, i live down south of England in Brighton. I'm currently studying at Brighton College 6th form, doing my A-levels. I have 9 GCSE's and my current AS-level subjects are Economics, Maths, Physics and Psychology. After my A-levels i want to study at LSE university (London School of Economics) to take a 4 year course on a degree in Accounting and Finance, to hopefully go on to work in the city doing investment banking or stock broking. My main hobby is motocross, but i have also been skiing since i was 3, and still ski about 3-4 weeks a year. In my free time i also like to go down the dirt jumps with some mates, have a barbeque, a few drinks and have a good laugh. When i was 11 i got my first bike on my birthday, it was like a 1998 ktm 65. When i turned 12 i got a Yamaha big wheel yz85, i raced on my 85 for 3 years. For my first year of racing i stuck to local clubs, before moving onto bigger and much more competitive clubs the next year. In my final year on my 85 i rode in the BSMA (british schoolboy motocross association) nationals, which is considered as the begginers nationals of the 3 main national championships in the UK. The series is sponsored by Pirelli, and mainly uses most of the tracks down in the south of England. The next year i moved up onto a yz125 and raced in the same national championship once again , finishing 12th overall at the end of the year. I have now moved up on to a yz250f and am racing in the top national series for schoolboys called the 'Elite Youth Cup' which is sponsored by Red Bull. I missed the first round after breaking my collarbone training out in Holland 5 week before so, but finished around about 17th in the following round on a sand track. I am now looking forward to the rest of the series, expecting to finish higher up considering the rest of the tracks are hard pack and a lot more technical, which is where i come into the picture.

Riding Goals

In the coming year i hope to obtain a respectable position in the overall championship result of the current national series i'm taking part in. I plan to do the O2 supercross rounds at the beggining of next year, and also the Western beach race this year that will take place once again in October.

Competitive Highlights

My highlights involve a 10th place in my first race i ever took place in. 12th overall in last years BSMA national series, and sustaining a top 5 finish atleast at every club level race this year so far.
