Personal History
Hello, thank you for taking a look at my information and the possibility of me representing your company/ product. I'm 14 years old, live with my Mom, Dad and younger brother. I've been riding since I was 3 years old and have raced for about 9 years. 2012 was my first year on a full sized bike, I think I progressed pretty well throughout the season. The first race of the season I won both motos flag to flag, but a few races in I crashed hard and had to take a couple weeks off because of a bruised lung. That slowed me down a bit as I needed to build confidence back up. We race in VT, NY,NH, ME and Mass. I play lacrosse, soccer and basketball. My Dad and I primarily go to the races together which is really great, my Dad loves to watch me ride and doesn't put any pressure on me. My Mom and brother come and watch some of the races if my brother doesn't have anything going on.
Riding Goals
For 2013 I'm planing on going to Jimmy Weinerts school for a week with my Dad. Our season starts at the end of March so I'll be looking forward to starting off at MX338. Now that I'm 14 , I'm the strongest I've ever been, that should help tremendously this year. We are planning on racing as often as possible. We will probably race all of Hickory Hill MX races as I consider this to be my home track. I don't foresee running any other complete series, but we will participate in the Maine motocross series, Vt motocross series, Winchester speed park and NEMA events. The main goal is to get good starts and ride to my potential. If I can do that I can contest for wins and should be consistently in the top 3.
Competitive Highlights
My high points of 2012 would have to start with the two holeshots I got at MX338. The first moto I was hit from behind in the second corner and working my way up into the top 10(out of 40) . The second moto I led 3 out of 5 laps before I couldn't hold on anymore. At one point I had a 6 second lead. I finished in the top 3 in the NEMA series at tracks I had never been to as well as the Maine State Championships. I didn't always have great luck in 2012 but I never gave up and managed to move forward when I had bad starts or tangled up with other riders.
