Personal History
The name is Jon Dycus. I'm from the small town of Dyersburg, TN. I grew up riding dirtbikes and finally decided to get serious about racing around seven years ago. I progressed through the local ranks over the years; however, i decided to take a break to get achieve a college education. I completed my degree in radiology after three years. The highlight of my break from MX was becoming a loving father to my only son!! I ran to the dealership shortly after i completed my degree and bought a 2012 yz450f. I started back riding seriously in Febuary and quickly began where i left off. I have a strict workout routine monday through wednesday (on my days off) lol, that included cardio and circuit training. I riding on the weekends consists of three twenty minute motos a day. I have dedicated everything i have to this sport and i promise you will not be disappointed with my work ethic and i know my race results will show that! Thanks for looking.

Riding Goals
I would have to say my goals for the coming year would be to win the local mx series in 450B. The KOTH series consists of Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, and, Alabama tracks. I feel like that along with arenacross in the winter will help prepare me for my ultimate goal, Loretta Lynns in 2013. I would love to be able to compete with the best ranked riders in the 450B class and do well.
Competitive Highlights
Winning the 450C class years ago. My break from riding hasn't left me with many highlights to mention. I set my eyes on achieving an education and did very well at that. Now that i have a " career" i can focus on my true love of motocross. I will be sure and fill in the highlights as the season progresses.
