Personal History
My name is Johnny Bova. I am an 18-year old motorcycle racer from Wadsworth, Ohio. I am writing to your company about a potential partnership for my 2020 race season. I am a third generation flat track motorcycle racer. The 2020 season will be my fourth full year of racing. I have been rapidly progressing through the ranks and have been fortunate enough to win races all across Ohio. Aside from racing, my family owns a vintage motorcycle shop and I have learned a lot over the years how to work on my own race bikes along with many older customer vintage bikes that come into the shop. The sport of Flat Track is growing. The last four years the American Flat Track series has been broadcast on NBC Sports to over three million viewers each year. In addition, the sport has had an event during the X Games for the past five years and has also been featured in worldwide publications such as Forbes, New York Times and Sports Illustrated. My goal in the next year is to prepare myself mentally and physically to enter the professional ranks in 2021. I have been able to travel the country and train with pro rider Jeffrey Carver. I have attended multiple pro nationals helping him in the pits with bike work and whatever else needs done. My top achievement for the 2019 was winning the 2019 AMA Vintage National Championship in multiple classes.
