Personal History
My name is Johnny Manera, I am twelve years old. I am in 8th grade at Maurice River Township Elementary School. I do very well in school and have made the honor roll every marking period. I am also a member of the National Junior Socitety. I ride in the Northeast Offroad Championship (NEOC) Series. My first bike was a KTM 50. In 2009 and 2010 I rode the NEOC. I placed third overall in the Pee Wee class of the NEOC in 2009 and 2010.
In 2011 I moved up to a KTM 65 SX and rode in the NEOC hare scramble series where I won the championship for the 7-9 65 class.
In 2012, I won the NEOC championship for the 10-11 65 class. I also rode in the NEOC pit bike series in the Button Buck class since 2010. I won the championship in this class three years in a row (2010-2012). I rode in the AMA East Coast National Hare Scramble Series in 2012, and placed 2nd in the 7-11 65 class.
In 2011, I also rode in the East Coast Enduro Association (ECEA) Hare Scramble Series and won the championship for the 7-9 65 class.
For 2013, I won the NEOC championship for the 10-11 85 class riding a KTM 85 SX. I won second place in the AMA East Coast National Hare Scramble Series . In 2014, I won the NEOC 12-15 100 Class Championship and in the ECEA Hare Scramble Series I placed third for the year in the 12-13 Super Mini class.
Riding Goals
My riding goals for 2015 are to win the GNCC Hare Scramble Series 12-13 Super Mini Class.
In order to accomplish this goal I will be practicing hard before and during the season.
