Personal History
My name is John Barrera im 21 years old and live in Reno NV. ive been riding motocross for 10 years now. When i was 16 years old i have my big accedent and lost my leg racing motocross. I have kept riding since then and just recently started racing again. I graduated highschool in 2004 and soon after went to motorcycle mechanics ins in phoenix. I finished my classes and soon after came to Reno for work. I am a mechanic at Kawasaki Of Reno here in Reno NV now.
Riding Goals
This year some of my goals are to become a better rider again and come back from my accedent. Also im hoping to get fast again and bump up from the class im in now.
Competitive Highlights
My competitive hightlights are short i began coming up in my local races when i had my accedent. My highlight of the past really meen nothing because i have a long way to go now. Racing with two real legs and now trying to compare to racing with a prosthetic is like comparing apples to oranges what i was in the past is not what i am now. My highlights start here now starting from scratch and aiming for whats to come
