Personal History

I recently moved to Florida so that I can ride more during the year and because my wife has gotten the opportunity to work with Florida state. Since the move in November I have started working with Airgas and riding with my son Eli. I have been riding since I was 14 and it all started on fathers day. I was going to race hare scrambles for my first time but got disqualified because I went earlier in the week with my Dad to see if I was able to ride the trails and there were people out there still marking the trails and caught us. This made us look into motocross and landed us at a race in Central Village cycle club in CT for my first race on Fathers day.

Ever since I started racing it has been a journey, everyone has their ups and downs. I didn't start off well but with a lot of practice and riding lessons with Tony Lorusso I was able to pick up on my technique. I went from being a mid pack "C" rider on 85's to missing making 85A by one race win. I raced the 85B, 125C and 250C, when I turned 16 for my last year on 85's and went on to race the 250 B class the following year. I battled for the championship in the 250B class in NESC which came down to the last race, I gave it everything I had but missed out on the opportunity to win my first championship.

I went on to make the expert class and since have won many championships as an "A" rider at Winchester speedpark and NEMX. I never really had an opportunity to go to any big races because my parents put everything they had into going to the races on the weekend. I have paid for pretty much everything since I turned 18 but did not make enough to make it outside of New England but now that I am a little older I am able to search for more of a career to make it to more races.

My 4 year old son just started riding and I am looking forward to bringing him to the races. I will be using this account for my son and I in the 2023 season.
