Personal History

 

Hello my name is Joe Kessler I am 39 years old and race GNCC's in the Vet A class on a 2015 Yamaha yz250fx. I started racing back in 2002, that year I placed 3rd in the LRRS super singles on a YZ 426F. In 2003 in the LRRS sportsman I won the championship on a YZ 450F, and in the LRRS super singles Expert class placed 2nd on the same bike. From 2002 till 2004 I was A Penquin Road Race Instructor. Going on to 2004 In the LRRS ultralight weight superbike class on the YZ 450F I placed 2nd in the championship. In the 125 GP LRRS championship I placed 4th also on the YZ 450F. Then in the LRRS Light weight sportsman and also LRRS super singles placed 2nd in both championships, and was the LRRS expert class champion that year.  

Riding Goals

My goal for this season and seasons to come is to win the GNCC Vet A championship. I train atleast 5 to 6 times a week to improve my endurance and riding skills. Riding on different terrian and working my endurance by cycling. Each time I ride I push myself more and more to become a better rider. I also have a strick diet to help with the training. I have sponsors to thank in helping me achieve my goals in winning the championship. Competitive Highlights

In 2010 I placed 6th out of 76 riders in the GNCC Vet A class. Then in the 2011 GNCC Vet A championship I placed 3rd overall, and 2nd at the East National Harescramble championship. In the 2012 King of the Motos held in California I placed in the top 10.
