Personal History

My Name is Joe Jardine, I am 13 years old, and I race motocross. I have rode dirt-bikes since age 3 when my Dad bought me a 2001 Yamaha PW-50. Every Saturday when I was 3 I would drive with my Dad to Glen Helen raceway In San Bernadion CA to watch him race. We were apart of a racing orgonization known as "R.E.M" who hosted races there every Saturday. Other R.E.M members there with us racing each and every time included Racing hall of fame and legend Chuck "feets" Minert, head of MXA magazine: Jody Weisel, Gary Jones, and Tom White. I grew t be very close with them and they became a second family to me. I started racing there along with them at age 8, and from the year 2007 to 2012 I won 1st place in 15 races there. Also in the year of 2008 I was selected to race the San Diego KTM Jr. Supercross challenge at Qualcom stadium. This was a great memory and achievment. In the summer of 2012 my parents, 6 siblings, and I moved from my hometown of Murrieta Ca to Erie Co which is located near the Denver metro-area. After the move, I decided to take the 2013 racing season off to become situated with my new living enviorment. My Dad, Doug Jardine, professional and world champion aerobatic pilot of the "S-bach 342" is my racing support and machanic. Together we sold my previous bike of a 2007 Rm85 and bought a 2003 Rm125 that i am currently racing/riding. I will be participating in this upcoming 2014 racing season beginning in March in the "Open sport" class. With a mx company's sponsorship support, I will commit 110% dedication to possitivily representing and promoting them on and off the track. In school I have maintained a solid 4.0 GPA thoughout the last few years and have been inducted into the National Jr Honors Society.

Riding Goals

My riding goals are to get faster and win races on a regular basis. I plan on training hard during this winter off season and practicing/ testing at the track very often to achieve these goals. Along with these basic goals i plan to achieve, I will be working hard toward working my way up in the "Open sport" class. Once I am able to do that I plan on racing in multiple classes a weekend such as "Schoolboy 12-16" and the "250C" class along with open sport. I am very self-motivated, hard working, and dedicated, with those skills I will complete the goals no matter what obstacles should come my way. Company sponsorship support will help me realize not only my personal goals, but also help my supporters achieve their buisness goals.

Competitive Highlights

My competitive highlights include racing the KTM Jr Supercross in San Diego in the year 2008, and collecting over 15 1st place victory's through-out my racing career.
