Personal History

My riding experience began in 1981 at the age of 8. My first race was in 1986. I continued riding and racing recreationally for about ten years. In the fall of 1997 I began racing competitively. In 1998, after three races in the junior class, the Utah Sportsman Riders Association advised me to advance to the intermediate class. In 1999, I had the overall intermediate/250 B championship by mid season. In 2000 and 2001, I competed locally in the 250 and Over 25 Expert classes. I was able to finish both seasons in the top three and was also recognized as a top ten motocross rider for the entire state of Utah. In 2004, I was introduced to the World Off Road Championship Series, WORCS. For the 2004 WORCS season, I finished 5th overall in the Vet 30+ A class and 9th overall in the 250 A class.  2005, WORCS, Vet 30+A, 5th overall.   And the highlight of my Off-Road Racing Career, 2006 250 Expert Series Champion in the USRA Hare N Hound Series.   I have since developed a passion for off-road style racing.

Riding Goals

With the 2009 season fully underway, the  World Off-Road Championship Series, WORCS, is still as incredible as ever.  Also, the one off events such as the Ford Mammoth Mountain Motox and the Monster Energy Powder Mountain Motox are great fun to be involved with.
