Personal History
My name is Jesse Bolen, I am from Albuquerque, NM. I am 32 years old, originally from Durango, CO. I am husband to my wife Hailey, and a father to my two sons, Destry (9 years old) and Brodi (2 years old). I am firefighter for the City of Albuquerque of 10 years. I love my career, being able to help people on their worst days. I have been riding and racing motocross since the age of 7 years old. My dad took me to watch my first supercross race when I was 6 years old in Las Vegas, NV, where I got to see some of the legends like Jeremy McGrath, Jeff Emig, and Mike Laracco. What really sparked my interest was when the 50cc class raced and I thought it was so cool. Told my dad I want to do that, and for my 7th birthday my family got me a KTM 50cc, and the rest was history.
Riding Goals
I always have goals of competing at Loretta Lynn’s. I am always honest with myself and will self-reflect, and I do feel I can compete at that level. Of course, it always just comes down to affording it financially. In 2023, I tried for the first time in my life to qualify for LLMX, it’s on my bucket list of things in life. I qualified and competed in the Sportsman’s VET 30+ at regionals for the SW at Pala, CA, finishing with my overall P5. I just missed the top 4 to advance to LLMX. I do want to compete at big nationals in the Midwest and Southwest regions i.e. World Vets, World Mini's, AZ open, Ponca City, AMA district state championships. What motivates me is my love for motocross and the sport, my #1 fans (my wife and two sons) always cheering from the side of the track and in that, I feel like I’ve won in life. I strive to be humble and to always be an example to my boys. I enjoy meeting new people, and the ULTIMATE thing for me is just having fun, rad time.

- 2001 - Ponca City, OK national - 18th in 65cc, 26th in 50cc
- 2002 - Las Vegas, NV World Mini's national - 65cc , Broken Wrist in practice
- 2004 - Albuquerque, NM Sandia national- 3rd in age 12-13 85cc & 2nd in 85cc mod
- 2014 - Graduated from Albuquerque Fire Department fire Academy, became a Firefighter.
- 2023 - AMA District 45 NM State Championship - 2nd in Junior 25+, 2nd in 30+ A/B
- 2023 - NM State Championship - 1st in 2 Stroke Open , 1st in VET 30+
- 2023 - Moriarty, NM MX SW '7' Shootout - 1st in 30+ A/B, 1st in Patriot Class
