Personal History
Hello,
My name is Jeromy Lucas and I am 36 years old. I am married to Cheryl Lucas and have two children Makenzie and Colton. I started racing cross country about two years ago and ride a 2009 Yamaha WR450. I placed fourth in Texas Off-road Racing Organization(TORO) in 2010-2011 In the Over 30 Amateur Class. I then raced Texas Cross Country Racing Association(TCCRA) and won the 2011 Amateur Over 30 Championship. I moved up to Over 30 Intermediate in the TORO series and placed third overall. I am currently racing the TCCRA series and won the first race this past weekend in the Over 30 Intermediate class. I feel I will be able to win the Over 30 Intermediate Championship this year. I also won an Enduro this year in the Over 30 Intermediate Class at the TSCEC Red River Enduro. I have also started to promote races for TCCRA. I will host my first race October 20, 21 in Bridgeport Texas. This should be an awesome event.

Riding Goals
This year one of my goals is to win the Over 30 Intermediate class or get promoted to the Expert class. I have changed my diet and conditioning so I can become faster and more efficient. My second goal is to gain sponsors so I have the right equipment and support to accomplish the first one. This doesn't sound like much, but little changes make a huge impact with effort and dedication.
Competitive Highlights
I have enjoyed racing these past two years and have had a lot of success. I won the TCCRA 2010-2011 over 30 Amateur Championship. I also won the over 30 intermediate TSCEC Red River Enduro. I also placed third this winter in the TORO series in the over 30 intermediate class. I hope to be telling of highlights in the expert class by the end of the year.
