Personal History
My name is Jeremy Underwood and I am twenty years old. I grew up in Yorktown, VA and Houston, MS. I have been riding motocross since I was five years old on a Z50. I started to ride motocross competitively when I turned eleven years old on a yz80. I practiced four days a week at my own track, lifted weights and ran three days a week and raced every weekend in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Georgia. Until I was sixteen, I had an injury that kept me off my bike for a year. I was able to get on a bike again at seventeen and get back in my old riding schedule entirely dedicated to being a national champion at loretta lynns in the 125 C class. But I had to quit riding after eight months because of financial problems. Once again I was able to ride 1 1/2 years but only for a few months due to financial problems again. So this time I joined the U.S. Army. I now have a yz450f. I don't get to ride near as much as I'd like because it is very expensive to race, practice, and maintain my bike. But to make up for it I stay highly motivated and dedicated to being the best Motocross racer I can be by fitness training every day and making the most out of the time to become faster when I do go to the motocross track.
