Personal History

My name is Jeff.  I live in Reno Nevada.  I am currently attending school at the University of Nevada, Reno.  I work at a local race shop called Reno Motorsports.  I like anything that involves being outdoors such as snowboarding, mountain biking, and swimming.  My family is mostly located in Las Vegas and support my racing as much as possible.

Riding Goals

I ride because my Dad put me on a dirt bike when I was 5 years old.  I have been loving it ever since, it is an escape from day to day life.  My main goal for this year is to finish in the top 10 for the rest of the MRANN series here in Reno.  Another goal I have is to get a top finish in the expert class in the Vegas to Reno race put on by Best in the Desert.  My ultimate goal is to compete in the entire NHHA series.

Competitive Highlights

2014 was my first year desert racing and taught me a lot about what it takes to compete in 2-3 hour races.  By the end of the 2014 season I was passing experts starting from the amateur row.  In 2015 I was bumped to the expert ranks after the first MRANN race of the year, the Dead Horse 95.5.  My first Expert race was on April 12, 2015, I wasn't able to show what I could do as an expert because of bike problems.  I was running 14th overall until the bike trouble started.
