Personal History
I am a 33 year old father of 2. I race quad A, 30+ and 25+ in AMA district 34 as well as 30A and 25+ in the NEATV series. I have been racing on and off since about 1997. I am a welder/fabricator by trade. At the race track I like to bench race with fellow racers, as well as help them out in any way that I can, very outgoing and helpful to anyone who asks.
After losing my mother in april of 2008, it really hit me hard. My mom was my "racing buddy" she use to go to practices with me and talk racing with me all the time, at only 59, it was a shock and she will be missed. The rest of my family is also involved with racing, mostly as fans. My father, Wife, 8 yr old son, and though she is only 2 but she loves the "MRUMRUMS". 2008 was a hard year for my family and racing in general, but it is still what I love to do and can't ever imagine not having it as part of my life.
With the trouble in 209, a broken motor and such. It makes me TRULY appreciate the support I get. Money is always tight and having to replace broken parts and damaged riding gear, every penny saved counts.
Riding Goals
For 2010 my first goal is to have fun and share the weekends with my family at the races.I can't really make up my mind on what type of series I will race in until the schedules come out. I would also like to race some NEATV races, that all depends on their schedule. I will definitely compete in any Walden ATV events as we as some MSC races next season.
Competitive Highlights
My highlights fortunetly outnumber the lows. Coming back in 2006 after thinking I was nver going to ride again and nearly winning my first race was a good one. finishing in the top 5 at every race that season was awesome. i will never forget winning my first moto in 1998 in my forth race ever. It felt especially good because I skipped the C class and entered myself in B.
