Personal History

I have been riding since I was 12, starting with a Kawasaki KE100. I then moved to a Honda CR250 at 15 where I rode a mix of track (non-competitive), single track, and dual track. I then moved onto a Yamaha YZF450. I went back to Honda with the addition of my CRF250X. I now race both a 2004 KTM 450 EXC-F and a 2017 KTM 450 EXC-F Six Days.

Along with my primary rides listed above I also have the following: CRF230, CRF150, YZ250F. I currently own: CR250, LTZ400, CRF250X, KTM 450 EXC, and a KTM 450 EXC-F Six Days.  Road bikes: 78 Honda Goldwing GL 1200 07 CRF250X,

Riding: Adventure/dualsport Single Track

Typical ride length: 60-200 miles/day 600-1,000 miles per week

Typical ride group: Adventure rides = 2-15 people, Road/mixed sport rides = 2-5 people Ride + backcountry camp rides = 2-6 people

Riding Goals

I am to constantly improve my riding skills by pushing nyself and my equipment further. I do this by riding through adverse conditions, in rarely used backcountry trails, and by going further distances with each ride. I continue to fine-tune my bike and equipment so I am confident riding hundreds of miles into mountainous backcountry and know I'll get out. I have increased my sphear of influence by focusing on filming my rides and bringing back high-quality photos of my rides. Because of my demographic and location (Washington State - near the Cascases/Mt. Rainier) I have many friends and followers that I assist with picking gear and bikes so they too can join or enjoy the same type of riding I do. I'm continuing to improve my abilty to write reviews and recommendations to better teach people about the complex sport of long-distance adventure riding.

Competitive Highlights

Although I'm new to competition, I do highlight the rides I take to as many people as possible. I own and maintain two websites, and have been designing a site dedicated to adventure/sport riding. I hope to make this new website a one-stop-shop for those looking to get into the sport or advanced riders looking for new ideas/products. I have been doing this through my personal website on my blog, but I wanted a dedicated source for my passion: adventure riding.
