Personal History
Hello, my name is Jeff Greenwood. I am a 31 year old professional motocross racer in Pueblo, CO. I started riding and racing motocross at age 5 on a PW50. My father is an ex #1 Colorado pro and a great inspiration in my racing career. I raced until age 12 when I suffered a horrible back injury and was forced to retire. I started riding again 10 years later at age 22 in the C Novice class. I moved quickly into the amateur class and then shortly became pro. I raced 250 & 450 Pro for a few years and now I mainly race the 30+ pro class and occasionally race in the 450 pro class. Other than motocross, I also enjoy racing harescrambles, supercross and arenacross.
Riding Goals
Stay healthy and compete for wins in all classes and races I enter.
Competitive Highlights
Although I have never won series championships, I have finished in the top 5 many times. During these years I have had many wins. My biggest accomplishment probably would be racing a 100 mile enduro in 2010 in which 150 riders started. I finished 2nd in the Open Pro class and was one of only 15 riders to finish the grueling race and finished only 30 seconds out of 1st place.
