Personal History
We are a family of four (4) that enjoy all the seasons in Michigan. Snowmobiling was our 1st love. The ever-changing weather patterns are taking this love away from us. However, we discovered dirt biking about 8-9 years ago. Our family cottage just happens to be alongside a Michigan ORV trail. Dirt biking is now becoming our 1st love. Snowmobiling and dirt biking are two sports that keep our family together. Both sports allow us to make some great family memories. The state of Michigan has so much to offer to outdoor enthusiasts. Our kids do race MX from time to time, when not traveling for lacrosse or training for football. For only racing 2-3 times a year, these hold their own against kids that race every weekend! Their will and desire are amazing.
Riding Goals
To continue riding single track in northern Michigan. Riding single track provides us some unique skills that MX only riders do not possess. When the weather allows, we travel to local tracks to enjoy MX riding. Both types of riding styles benefit our family.
Competitive Highlights
- Jack's 2nd place finish at Battle Creek Motorcycle Club - Michigan Sprint Enduro (Youth)
- Jake's 3rd place finish at Monster Mash (Baja Acres).
- Jack's never-give-up attitude on the MX tracks.
- Completed the Jack Pine enduro back in 2019.
- Our kids play competitive lacrosse. Their journeys have taken us across the Midwest. Next summer we'll travel to Maryland and eastern Pennsylvania for a few competitive lacrosse tournaments.
