The GP / Motocross format was setting for the 2007 Yamaha AMA PRO-AM California State Championship. Jef won his first AMA State Championship after just one year of racing with 1st place in a 45 minute GP moto on Saturday and 2, 1st place finishes in the motocross format on sunday.
