Personal History
Hello Future and Current Sponsors My name is Jaxen Phelps I am 10 years old now and I am wrapping up the 2014 Southern Ohio MX series and the Buckeye State MX series. I have been in 2 classes this year, 65cc open and 65cc 7-11 years old. I have had a lot of fun on the 65 this and have pretty well. God has blessed me with the Strength, Courage, and Health to represent him well out there on and off the track and for that I am very thankful. I am still enrolled at Saint Johns Luthern School as a 4rd grader. I played winter basketball, spring baseball, summer baseball, and fall baseball. So needless to say I am still staying active and having a lot of fun. I have not got to ride much with my hero Jeff Gibson this summer b/c he had a new daughter born during the tail end of arena-cross which has resulted in scheduling conflicts. We are going to try to ride some this winter though. My 2015 goals and plans are to run some early LL qualifiers on the 65 and get my mo-jo going early then jump in to the 2015 Southern Ohio MX series strong in the 65cc 7-11 and 65cc extra classes. I have been riding my 85sx all season for practice and I think this coming season we might start racing it too. Riding Goals
My Goals for this year are to:
1. Have fun with Mom and Dad.
2. Keep faith in Christ and set a good example for other kids.
3. Go to as many races as Dad can get me too.
4. Win the series that I am racing in.
5. Learn something new every race.
6. Stay healthy
7. Run some early Regional LL Qualifiers and get my speed up early.
Competitive Highlights
I do not like getting beat. This year I made a deal with my mom and dad not to accept any awards past 3rd place. Mom and Dad thought this would help motivate me to keep it pinned more.
I have raced over 30 events since this January and at each event I race 2 to 3 classes. This would total almost 100 moto's this year. I have been in the top 3 in at least 1 class at every single event. So I am consistent if nothing else.
