Personal History
My name is Jason Puzak. I am 9 years old and live in Western Pennsylvania with my mom, dad and younger brother Cameron. I started riding a KTM 50sx last year but really got into racing this summer. This will be my only year racing on 50. I love riding at my house, at the track and every chance I get to, that's what I do. I love watching Supercross and Motocross on TV and watching them when they race at High Point. I've been around Motocross my whole life, watching my Dad and my Uncle race. I look up to them a lot. Some Pro racers I look up to are Ryan Dungey, Eli Tomac, Arron Plessinger and Justin Barcia. When I'm not racing, I enjoy going hunting and fishing with my family. I do a lot of work around home raising pigs and chickens.
Riding Goals
I've always been around Motocross, watching my Dad and Uncle race. I wanted to give it a try and I love it! I love going to the track and riding, making new friends and the feeling I get when I'm out there. My first goal of the year was to race our local race series and try to get as good as I could. I am currently racing with kids who have been racing for 2-3 years and have been finishing near the top. My goals for the rest of the year is to finish out this series and then I will be racing our states MX series! My goals are to work on my corners and get better at my jumping and I hope I can do well! Next year, I will be on a 65 and my goal is to do the best I can and Win! I'm excited to see where the year takes me.
Competitive Highlights
For my first year racing, i have been sticking with kids and beating kids who have been racing for 2-3 years already, this is only my 1st year (season) racing. I've been working really hard at home and on the track to get better every week! I've placed in the top 5 out of 13 all but one race. Unfortunately, I went down in a bend my one race and got 7th. There was one time I was dead last off the gate because I flipped my bike and I was able to finish 3rd!
