Personal History

I spent 12 years in the Army, 2002-2014, and spent several years in Afghanistan. After getting out, I found MX again as a therapy and a rush that I had been missing. I am a member of the Veteran MX Foundation where like minded veterans ride and race as a therapy.
I am happily married for 9 years now and I have a 6 year old daughter. They are heavy into the equestrian world so I split my time riding/racing and their riding goals.

Riding Goals

I ride as a therapy to settle those jittery nerves I have developed in the Army, especially from the several trips to Afghanistan. Riding/Racing calms my nerves and gives me the adrenaline rush I need.
I race the Racer X Senior Championship and the Nuclear Sunset Series. My goal is top 3 in the +40 B/C class in the Nuclear Sunset Series. I also plan to place 1st place in the Warrior class again in 2024 in the Racer X Senior series.

Competitive Highlights

I placed 18th in the state of Illinois District 17 for the +40B/C class. I also placed 1st overall in the Racer X Senior Series Warrior class.
