 Though I haven't raced much this year, I've been practicing a lot. Right now I can push really hard for 30-40 minutes. Each week I get a little faster than the previous week, because I'm never satisfied with where I am. I joined a gym this fall, and I've been running three to four days a week. In 2011, I'll be giving 100% to racing, and I need to prove to myself that I have what it takes.
