Personal History
Hey! My name is Jarrod. I am from South Australia.
I am just a casual rider who likes to goon and go fast. I'm slowly progressing into the racing scene. I started riding properly on an 80 in December 25th. I have since then progressed into the 250f. I first rode a dirt-bike when I was 5. It was an old PW50 that we used to ride around up at Haslam, Streaky Bay. Ever since I rode that bike I knew I loved this sport.
I am currently self funded and this sport is hard enough as it is considering I'm no rich kid. I have to rely on myself to buy parts when something is broken and all the work on my bike is done by myself. With a sponsorship from you guys would be a big help towards my riding because sometimes I can't afford to go out riding on the weekends and that's a bit devastating knowing you can't ride. I have had a couple big stacks before but that hasn't stopped me from hopping back on the bike and going riding the weekend after. Thank you for my sponsorship consideration :)
Riding Goals
My riding goal for 2017 is to be competitive with riders in state titles. My overall goal is to be competitive within a supercross season and make my way over to America. I'd love to also ride with Axell Hodges.Competitive Highlights
I have never competed in a proper event. I am supposed to have my first race on May 10th @ South Coast MX Club in Murray Bridge.
I love racing people around the tracks I ride at though. Just trying to get a faster lap than the other person is so adrenaline filling and I love it. I wouldn't change sport for any other sport in the world.
